Airodyne Vibration Isolators & CAC Components are designed and manufactured by our associate company in India. The factory has owned in-built state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facilities at Jamnagar (Gujrat) and Mumbai. Due to our base and factory in Mumbai, it makes shipping facility easier and faster. Flexible batch sizes for delivery to meet customer requirements in time. The considerable stock of anti vibration pads and vibration isolator models is maintained at our UAE facilities for immediate project requirements.

  •  Size available from 2” x 2” up to 18” x 18” in various combinations, thickness available 3/4” and 7/8”
  • Can be used in installing various HVAC equipment or machinery with or without use of bolts or nuts

  •  Made of high-quality rubber and acoustic efficient cork designed for duel functions of absorbing vibration & sound
  •  Cork density 250 to 270 kgs per sq. meter

  •  Size available from 2” x 2” up to 18” x 18” in various combinations, thickness available from 3/4” to 2”
  •  Can be used in installing various HVAC equipment or machinery with or without use of bolts or nuts

RUBBER STEEL RUBBER PADS
  •  Made of high-quality rubber and galvanized steel sheet
  • Load bearing capacity of 12 to 25 kgs per sq. inch at 5 mm deflection
  • Also available in multiple layers of two steel plats bonded in between three rubber sheets
  •  Load capacity for multiple layers pads ranges from 15 to 30 kgs per sq. inch
  • Sizes available 100 x 100 mm and 150 x 150 mm in thickness of 32 to 35 mm
  • Any other sizes and thickness can be made on request
